GunPedia collects information you provide directly, including your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account, and information collected automatically such as device type, operating system, and general location data (used solely for weather and FFL lookups in the ballistics features).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the GunPedia app and website
• To send you launch notifications and product updates (only if you opt in)
• To pull live weather data for ballistics calculations using your GPS coordinates
• To find FFL dealers near your location when you request it
• To process subscription payments via Stripe

3. Data We Do Not Collect

GunPedia does not collect, store, or transmit any information about firearms you own. We do not track purchases you make through third-party retailers. GunPedia is an informational tool — not a dealer, marketplace, or registry.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services including Stripe (payments), Firebase (real-time features), AWS (storage), and OpenWeatherMap (weather data). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@everythingguns.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
