1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GunPedia application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GunPedia is an informational application providing ballistics data, firearm specifications, caliber reference data, third-party pricing links, FFL dealer locations, and community features. GunPedia does not sell firearms, ammunition, or accessories, and does not directly facilitate firearm transactions of any kind.

3. Informational Use Only & Safety Disclaimer

Ballistics data, drop charts, trajectory calculations, and all other data provided by GunPedia are for reference and informational purposes only. This information does not constitute professional advice. You must verify all ballistics data independently before use in the field or for any critical application.

GunPedia is not responsible for any decisions made — including firearm selection, ammunition choice, or shooting decisions — based on data provided by the app. Safe and lawful firearm handling and use is solely the responsibility of the user.

By using GunPedia, you represent that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing firearms, hunting, and ammunition. It is your responsibility to understand the laws in your jurisdiction before acting on any information provided by the app.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use GunPedia to post illegal content, harass other users, discuss illegal firearm modifications, or violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws. We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro and Elite subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the app or your app store account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Limitation of Liability

GunPedia provides data “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or reliance on information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
